Welcome to InboxSMS. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Relationship with Platfone

InboxSMS operates as a white-label partner of the Platfone platform (operated by Privatix LTD, 150 Menachem Begin Road, WE Tower – Level 9, 6492105 Tel Aviv, Israel). The software infrastructure, SMS message routing, phone number provisioning, credit billing, and identity verification are powered directly by Platfone.

By accessing our services, you acknowledge that all core activation features and credit balances are subject to Platfone's infrastructure terms, and you agree to comply with both these Terms and Platfone's global Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the Service

InboxSMS provides programmatic and web-based access to temporary phone numbers for receiving verification codes and SMS messages from third-party services. The platform operates solely as a technical intermediary. We do not own, lease, or permanently assign phone numbers. All numbers are shared, automatically recycled, and sourced via Platfone's provider networks.

The service is provided strictly for lawful purposes, such as account verification, privacy protection, and software testing.

3. Account Registration & KYC

You may create an account using email or supported social logins. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Creating multiple accounts or automated sign-ups is prohibited.

To prevent fraud, spam, and illegal activities, identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) powered by Sumsub may be triggered automatically based on usage thresholds, manual flags, or suspicious activity. If KYC is required and not completed, account access and activations will be restricted.

4. Credits & Expiry

All activations consume prepaid credits. Credits are USD-based and are valid for:

• 12 months from the date of the top-up, or
• 6 months if there are no successful activations on the account.

Expired credits are forfeited and are non-refundable, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through secure gateways like Stripe, Cryptomus, or Payssion. Payments may be processed on behalf of Privatix LTD by TempLabs LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) acting as a payment processor. Crypto transactions may be subject to AML screening, which can cause verification delays.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Spamming, scamming, phishing, or impersonating others.
• Verifying accounts on government, financial, banking, or other security-sensitive systems.
• Interfering with or manipulating our platform's logic, rate limits, or risk-control algorithms.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all credits, and a permanent ban without eligibility for a refund.

7. Restricted Regions

Our service is not available to users located in, or attempting to access from: Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson. Bypassing these geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxies is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any uptime guarantees. Neither InboxSMS nor Privatix LTD is liable for any third-party sender behavior (e.g., if a service blocks virtual numbers). Total liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid to the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of the service are governed by the laws of Israel, the place of registration of our platform operator, Privatix LTD.
